If news reports about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak have left you feeling anxious about an upcoming trip, we want to reassure you that the wellbeing of our customers and staff are of the utmost importance. We understand that you may have questions about your holiday plans, and with the parameters constantly shifting, our top priority is keeping you up to date with all the latest developments of COVID-19, as well as making sure you are informed of all possible impacts on your travel plans.
As this is a fluid situation our team is working around-the-clock to ensure all updates are updated as quickly and as accurately as possible to ensure all travellers depart on holiday with confidence, in the knowledge that they are in safe hands with Titan.
With many customers transferring their 2020 departures to next year, Titan has taken the decision to restart all touring and cruise departures from 01 April 2021.
By restarting all tours from 01 April 2021 we hope to provide all customers with clarity and confidence in Titan that we will be resuming operations at a time when the safety and wellbeing of all customers, along with the overall holiday experience, is not compromised.
All customers affected are being contacted via telephone or post explaining the travel options available and next steps. Alternatively, you can access all information now on your My Titan account via the documents section.
We wish to welcome all customers affected back on a Titan tour at a later date when we are confident we can deliver the high-quality experience that is expected from a Titan holiday.

We are pleased to inform that Titan has relaxed its final payment terms on all holidays departing in April 2021 by removing the condition for all holiday balances to be paid 75 days prior to departure.
We hope that by deferring our final payment terms we can make things a little easier for you in the run-up to your holiday.
A member of our team will be in contact with you by 12 February with an update on your holiday and next steps. We advise you wait until this communication has been received before paying your holiday balance.
Similarly, if you require a visa for your upcoming holiday please wait until you have heard from us before applying.
If you have already paid your balance no further action is required. You’ll receive an update on your upcoming holiday by 12 February.
When you book with Titan, you book with confidence that you’ll be looked after from the moment you’re picked up from home till you’re dropped safely back after your holiday.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers is Titan’s overriding priority. Titan will not operate any tours to a destination if the UK Government (FCDO) advises against all but essential travel or if travel restrictions are imposed by an overseas government over your departure dates.
Titan continues to closely monitor the situation across all our destinations and will update affected customers if travel to a destination is not deemed safe.

For customers who wish to cancel a holiday that is deemed safe to travel by the FCDO, Titan’s standard cancellation policy applies
As part of Titan’s Protection Promise, we’re pleased to confirm that should Titan cancel a scheduled tour due to UK Government’s (FCDO) advice against travelling to a destination or restrictions imposed by an overseas government, your booking and money will remain fully protected. Affected customers be able to switch to another date or tour (changes in price will be confirmed at this time) or opt for a no quibble refund which will be processed within 14 days. No credit notes, guaranteed.
If you opt for a full refund and you have not received the money within 14 days of request please contact a member of our dedicated After Sales team on 0800 988 5811 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
It’s important that you and understand any entry requirements of the country you’re travelling to as you may need to complete a form before you travel or on arrival.
Please remember, this information is subject to change so we strongly recommend you continue to check the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s (FCDO) travel advice for the latest information and remind yourself of any country-specific travel requirements before your departure date.
We also recommend that you stay up to date with the latest advice from the local authorities in the destination you’re travelling to and follow all local health measures in place during your stay in the destination. Simply check the FCDO travel advice page for your destination, or sign up for the FCDO’s destination specific travel advice email alerts.
If you are travelling by air, you may also wish to read the UK government’s safer air travel guidance on sensible precautions and steps to take when flying.
Whilst we’ll tell you if there are any material changes, it is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and adhere to all entry requirements for the countries you’re visiting (and what’s required upon your return to the UK). It is a condition of all Titan bookings that you are suitably insured for your holiday. Customers are responsible for sourcing their own travel insurance.
Before traveling, we advise you to speak with your insurance provider to discuss the cover that will best suit your needs for your upcoming holiday.
Due to COVID-19, we recommend you consider whether you’d like to have an insurance policy that provides cover for:
- cancellation due to you or a member of your travelling party contracting COVID-19 (or other epidemic or pandemic) that will prevent you from travelling
- emergency medical treatment or repatriation resulting from your or a member of your travel party being diagnosed with COVID-19 (or other epidemic or pandemic) whilst abroad

We will always prioritise your safety and well-being when on tour with us. Should you or your party feel unwell at any point, your tour manager will make sure you receive medical care and attention. Travellers are responsible for paying any emergency medical fees whilst abroad.
If you booked your holiday under Titan’s £49 Flexi-Deposit, you have the option to postpone or amend your holiday up to 75 days prior to departure at no extra fee should you wish.
If you do decide to cancel and the FCO has deemed your destination(s) to be safe to travel to, then standard booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Titan is pleased to announce the launch of its new Flexi-Deposit, allowing customers to confidently book a future holiday with just a £49 deposit. Available on all new bookings made before 01 March 2021, the Flexi-deposit provides customers with the option to amend their booking up to 75 days prior to departure at no extra fee should their situation or circumstances change.
Our Price Promise also protects you against any price drops after you’ve booked your holiday. If a holiday is discounted last-minute, you will automatically be refunded the difference.
