Meet The Titan Team

I have been in the travel industry for nearly 30 years starting in retail at Ian Allan Travel and Going Places, before moving into tour operating where I have worked at Citalia, Kuoni and Holiday Options.

I love the industry, it is my favourite subject and I am strangely obsessed with looking at brochures, researching & booking holidays. Having been a travel agent myself I find working in Agency Sales very rewarding and I enjoy working with agents and getting to know them at events and on educationals.

Of course I love to travel. Up until now my favourite places have been Croatia and Sri Lanka, but I’m sure that may change as I discover more of the World with Titan!

Craig has been part of the Agency Sales department for 4 years but has been with Titan for 7 years. Craig has a wealth of knowledge from his time in sales and has been a key player in the development of the department and its success and growth to date.

He has two little girls Maysie and Grace with long term partner Kelly. Craig describes himself as an enthusiastic, energetic slightly over excitable Scotsman with a passion for travel, socialising, Heart of Midlothian Football Club and  Kebabs and Pizza. Craig favourite place he has ever visited was the Amazonian Jungle in Peru, oh and Hampden Park!

Ashley is the newest member to the team. He has worked previously within the company and is now responsible for new business accounts within the agency sales department.

He is looking forward to getting married to his fiancé Lorna next July, and sharing an overdue trip to Mexico for the honeymoon. Ashley is a semi-professional drummer and has a huge passion for music in general, even more so as this has enabled Ashley to travel to some fantastic countries and cities. I've worked at Titan Travel for 10 years in Sales and enjoy talking to clients hearing about their adventures. I have travelled to Canada, China, New Zealand, Iceland, Egypt, Kenya and cruised around the Baltics and Norway.

I have worked in the travel industry for a number of years, 5 of those have been with Titan Travel. I have travelled to Mexico, Australia and have travelled with Fred Olsen around the Baltics. I was born in Turkey and travel back there to see family once a year.

Travel has been a big part of my life as I have been a holiday rep in Maderia as well as many other Mediterranean countries. I started at Titan in 2004 and have travelled to many countries in this role which include Brazil, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Kenya & South Africa.

I have worked part time in the sales team for the last 10 years. I enjoy working in travel as it's a topic I am passionate about. I have travelled to America, Africa and Cyprus and I would like to explore more!

I work part time in the sales team and have worked at Titan for 11 years and I have been lucky enough to travel to Canada, America, Iceland, China & Tanzania. On a few of my trips I was privileged enough to see quite a few animals in their natural habitats including the Grizzly bears at Knight Inlet lodge.

I have worked in the travel industry for several years and have been very fortunate whilst working for Titan over the past 8 years to be given the opportunity to travel all over the world. Some of my most memorable experiences have to be the stunning Canadian Rockies, walking the 1036 steps to the top of Potala Palace, Lhasa, Tibet, Argentina and the Los Glaciers National Park...the ice beauty of Argentina's Patagonia but the highlight for me has to be feeding the endangered giant Panda's at Wolong Nature Reserve in China.

I first moved to Surrey from Yorkshire 17 years ago and I started working at Titan Travel as Administration Assistant. I have worked my way up to become Client Services Manager, where my role involves managing the busy Helpdesk team, who deal with all post Sales enquiries.

I have worked in the travel industry for over 21 years and during this time I have visited Thailand, Kenya, Jamaica, USA, Maldives, Mexico, Vienna and Portugal. The destination I would like to visit again out of all of these was the Maldives, relaxing on the amazing sandy white beaches.

My introduction to Titan Travel was a baptism of fire with the travel industry in crisis, from a volcanic ash cloud of all things. Maybe I am a little mad but that is precisely why I enjoy working in such an industry that forever is having to evolve and change directions. With operational difficulties and technological advancements it is an extremely challenging and very exciting environment to be involved in.

My introduction cemented my decision to remain within the travel industry and highlighted why I had chosen to work for Titan Travel. The industry benefits with amazing perks such as opportunities to visit far flung destinations, but also the privilege of working along side some amazing people that have tremendous drive, passion, commitment and show amazing team spirit.

With my background in aviation I have dealt with some wonderful destinations and companies across the globe, this proved to be a real education in cultures and practices.

I have been in the travel industry for two years now. I fell into travel completely by accident but I now have a passion for a job that lets you travel the world and hear about all our clients experiences in some amazing destinations.

I have visited Thailand, the US and France. My favourite country is definitely Italy for its amazing food and beautiful towns. I would love to visit Japan to experience its diverse surroundings and unique culture.

I have worked 11 years here with Titan, starting as a Client Services Assistant before becoming a Helpdesk Consultant. I have seen many changes within the Company over the years and may I say all for the better for our Clients and Staff alike.

Whilst working for Titan I have visited Canada, Spain and Belgium.

I have been with Titan Travel for 13 years now so I have a lot of experience within the Titan Travel company. In this time I have visited different destinations all around the World. I have visited the United States, India and Japan. One of my favourite destinations is Canada.

I have worked for Titan for nearly 4 years and have been in the travel industry for over 7 years. I have visited many places in the world, cruising in Brunei, visiting Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam to name a few, I have skied in the Alps and visited many places in Europe. This Christmas I am off to Goa and looking forward to it. I would like to revisit the US, particularly Memphis & Nashville and I would like to visit Canada.

Hi my name's Alice but the Helpdesk team call me Al! I can proudly say I'm the shortest person that works and Titan travel as I'm 4ft 10!I work on the Helpdesk with my lovely team and handle the admin side of things, so cancellations, transfers etc. I've worked for Titan Travel for 2 years & have been in the Travel Industry for 5 years. My hobbies include shopping, desserts, dancing, friends and of course traveling! I have visited many destinations including the US, Canada and Dubai.

In the future I would like to visit Australia and South America.

My name is Jenny (Not to be confused with the other Jenny, although we have both been known to burst into song!) I have 10 years experience in different areas of the travel industry and now happily settled in the Helpdesk team. I have been lucky enough to have some wonderful experiences around the world, from safaris in Kenya to a 5-month tour of Australia; and I'm always happy to talk about them (try stopping me!).

My Name is Natasha, as one of the newest members at Titan Travel on the Helpdesk I can say I love working here. I have traveled to Spain, Bulgaria, Turkey and France. My Hobbies are socializing shopping and spending time with my boyfriend, friends and family. I have 2 nephews and 1 neice, all of whom I adore and spend a lot of my spare time with.

I am fairly new to the travel industry and I already have a passion for travel, I thoroughly enjoy working for Titan Travel and I have visited some inspiring places including Cyprus, Spain and France. My favourite place by far is Las Vegas. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and play for Titan Travel’s football team. In my spare time I enjoy playing many other sports and socializing.

I have worked in the travel industry for 9 years. I have a variety of experience from working as a travel agent to cabin crew so I have a variety of knowledge. I have been fortunate enough to travel to the Caribbean islands, many parts of Europe, several areas of the USA, Canada Sri Lanka and the Maldives and look forward to traveling more of the world whilst here with Titan Travel.

I have worked in travel for 4 years in various roles including cabin crew and pet travel! I am now working at Titan Travel and am really enjoying working for such a great company. I have been lucky enough to visit some fantastic places during the last four years. My favourite being South Africa, as it's such a beautiful country with so much to see and do.

I have been working in the travel industry for five years. I started as cabin crew for British airways and then worked for Virgin Atlantic in the reservations department. I now work on the Helpdesk here at Titan Travel so you will most likely speak to me at some point after the booking has been made. I am passionate about travel and have backpacked around South America, Central America, Thailand and have visited many countries around the world.

I have worked in travel for 6 years, starting as an apprentice at Thomas Cook. I then worked for a specialist cruise travel agent in Reading, which is where I used to live. I moved to Redhill and started working for Titan in July 2011 on the helpdesk. My favourite destination is Mexico for the hot weather, white sandy beaches, clear waters and good nights out, and I have been fortunate to visit here twice.

I have worked in travel for the past 8 years out of which 6 were for Titan Travel. I'm passionate about travelling and was lucky enough to visit some beautiful places such as Galapagos Islands, Canada, Alaska, South Africa Kenya, Thailand, New Zealand and various destinations in Europe. I'd love to explore Latin America, Australia and New Zealand as well as China.

I love running and am member of a well known running club South London Harriers. I've done 6 marathons now and enjoy cross country racing in particular. Amongst my other hobbies are travelling and theatre.

My name is James, I have worked in the Travel Industry for the last 13 years for hotels, airlines and now for Titan Travel for the last 2 years as a tailor made consultant.  I have travelled extensively and still hope to travel to Australia soon.  I am happy to share my experience and knowledge with my clients.  I always look forward to a challenging itinerary..... My specialist areas are Canada and the United States.

I worked at Titan since June 2010. I have travelled to most of Europe and South America, and North East USA, Quebec, and the North African holiday spots! However my most knowledgeable area would be South East Asia (6 months) and Australia (18 months), for which I have a huge passion for. I love to cycle and play football, and plan to combine to two in 2014 by cycling from Patagonia to Rio for the World Cup!

I have worked at Titan Travel for 6 years, starting off in the client services team doing admin work.  I have since moved over to Sales, and recently moved to Tailor made Sales, where I am really enjoying the new challenge.

Titan Travel being my first job in the Travel industry, has been really enjoyable, and am still learning new things everyday.  I have been lucky enough to go on a few amazing educationals with the company, to places such as Peru, India, Turkey, and a couple of cruises as well. My favourite so far being a trip on our ‘Splendours of India’ tour. With so many highlights on each day, the best being a visit to Ranthambore National Park to see the tigers.

Having never been to the continent of Africa, next on my wish list is to possibly do a safari in Kenya, or a trip to South Africa.

I joined Titan's Tailor Made team almost 2 years ago after studying a Travel and Tourism A-Level. I enjoy the challenges we face day to day and the products and services Titan has to offer. I am very organised and work hard in my role with great attention to detail. I also am a very fun and bubbly person to be around and contribute to some of the office banter!

I have visited Canada both East and West, Southern Italy, Spain, Prague and my latest adventures are to visit Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Las Vegas later this year and to go down under and tour the East Coast of Australia and Bangkok next year!

My hobbies and interests include walking my dogs, reading, shopping and of course seeing the world!

I have worked at Titan Travel for 11 years. I started as a part time Sales Consultant before joining The Tailor Made Sales team in Nov 2009. I am enjoying the challenge and really enjoy working for Titan. The places I have travelled to include America, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

The place I have enjoyed visiting the most was when I took an educational trip to Australia with Titan. I am competitive and I always like a challenge.

My name is Sarah; I have worked in the Travel Industry for the last 11 years. In 2004, I went travelling for a year and visited some amazing countries. My favourite countries are New Zealand, Canada, Peru and the Galapagos Islands. I still have a few countries on my list wish such as Antarctica and Borneo!

I joined Titan in 2004 however I have been in travel for a number of years. I am lucky that my travel experience is vast; from my own holidays to going on work trips. I love to travel and recently I have travelled to Egypt and also to Austria on a river cruise.
